French local authority to invest in mobile tower joint venture to eradicate white spots

The French department of Eure-et-Loir has approved the creation of a new public-private venture to build new masts in rural areas still lacking mobile services. Announcing the news on Twitter, the local authority said that it will be the first in France to form its own company in an effort to tackle mobile white-spots.
