French media regulator sets up working group to monitor hate speech online

Last month, the country's constitutional authority (Conseil Constitutionnel) struck down key components of the hate-speech law, making the majority of the text inapplicable. However, some parts are in the process of being implemented, including the new working group under the supervision of the CSA.
