French regulator starts new analysis of B2B fixed market ahead of copper shutdown

While the focus should remain on maintaining a level-playing field, Arcep indicated that it seems possible to relax a portion of this market's ex ante regulation, notably call origination, in line with what has been recommended by the European Commission.
