Frontier increases 'internet infrastructure surcharge' to USD 7 per month

Frontier Communications is raising its 'Internet Infrastructure Surcharge' to USD 6.99 from USD 4 later in February, according to ArsTechnica.com. Frontier issued a message on customer billing statements about the increase.
