FTC asks court for rehearing of competition case against Qualcomm

The US Federal Trade Commission has asked for a rehearing of its antitrust case against Qualcomm. The regulator said it filed a petition with the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit requesting a rehearing 'en banc' of the August decision in favour of Qualcomm.
