FT's value does not reflect cash-generating ability - CFO

France Telecom's ability to generate cash is not accurately reflected in its market value, CFO Gervais Pellissier told Bloomberg. The company is currently valued at EUR 22.6 billion, after declining by 30 percent this year. He said France Telecom has enough liquidity to meet debt maturities and pay a dividend. The group intends to control its debt, which stood at EUR 31.2 billion at the end of the first half, while it looks at acquisition opportunities. It will consider bidding for TeliaSonera's Spanish unit Yoigo by the end of the year, and may bid for Vivendi's Maroc Telecom, but only if
