FTTH Council Europe calls on EU to speed up on full fibre

The FTTH Council Europe has called on EU institutions to prioritise full fibre investments during the final trilogue negotiations on the European Electronic Communications Code. In a statement released to coincide with the organisation's spring 2018 general assembly, FTTH Council Europe said the Code needed to signal "clear and consistent political commitment to full fibre, prioritise regulatory tools that enable and stimulate competitive investments, and ensure the right balance in new business model regulation" with a view to safeguarding a long term competitive market structure as well as
