FTTH NL: KPN plans roll-out in Ouder-Amstel; SKV takeovers in Drenthe

KPN has signed an agreement with the municipality Ouder-Amstel for rolling out a fibre network. This follows expansion in the nearby cities of Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Diemen.
