FTTH will push up KPN's market share next year

KPN connects 2000 households to fibre every week, and is well on course with Reggefiber, of reaching its goal of 1 million homes passed in 2012, Joost Farwerck, the directeur of wholesale & operations, and Jan Davids, the directeur of wholesale Reggefiber, told Telecompaper in an exclusive interview. Both parties believe that fibre has achieved momentum and that it was time for Reggefiber to return to its core business: the deployment of optical fibre networks for consumer purposes. KPN will put even more focus on customers as these are not only the end users, but also the wholesale
