Fujitsu cuts FY outlook on weak Europe, PC market

Fujitsu has lowered its outlook for results in the fiscal year to March 2016, blaming weaker demand for its technology services in Europe and the slowdown in the PC and smartphone market. The company now expects annual revenues of JPY 4.800 trillion, down by JPY 80 billion from its outlook in October, and an operating profit of JPY 130 billion, a reduction of JPY 20 billion from the previous forecast. The net profit estimate was cut by JPY 15 billion to JPY 85 billion. In the fiscal third quarter to December, revenues were little changed year-on-year at JPY 1.167 trillion. Revenue in Japan
