Fujitsu lets Dutch data protection authority check its privacy rules

Fujitsu said it has applied to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA) to obtain approval for its Binding Corporate Rules for Processors (BCR-P), the privacy rules it developed to meet the legal requirements for the protection of personal data in Europe, as laid out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
