Game developers dominate app revenue in US

Canalys estimates that 25 developers accounted for 50 percent of app revenue in the US in the Apple App Store and Google Play during the first twenty days of November, based on daily App Interrogator surveys. Between them, they made USD 60 million from paid-for downloads and in-app purchases over the period. Of the top 25 grossing developers, all except Pandora are game developers.
