Gecad sells Axigen Messaging to group of entrepreneurs

Romanian IT group Gecad, founded by local entrepreneur Radu Georgescu, has sold its e-mail platform Axigen Messaging to four local entrepreneurs. Georgescu decided to leave the shareholders group of Axigen Messaging as Gecad wishes to be included in a group of IT integrators, in order to get easier access to customers and more complex projects. Georgescu said Gecad is currently focusing on internet and eCommerce companies.
