Gemalto lowers financial guidance on weak US business

Wednesday 22 March 2017 | 10:28 CET | News
Gemalto has lowered its outlook for first-quarter revenue and full-year profit due to weaker than expected Payment business revenue in the US market. The company now expects its first-quarter revenue to be lower by 7-9 percent at constant exchange rates compared to the same period of 2016. Gemalto's Payment business revenue for FY 2017 is estimated to be around EUR 100 million lower than initially expected.
