Customers of major Italian telecoms companies may be affected by delayed services as a result of the general strike called by some of Italy's major trade unions on 28 November, industry association Asstel announced. The strike was called in protest at the government's 2025 budget plan, which includes cuts to spending on social security, citizen services and public transport, according to union representatives.
