Genesys deploys Engage platform at Malaysia's Affinbank

Genesys, a provider of cloud customer services and contact centre products, has teamed up with Malaysia's Affinbank. The bank is working with Genesys to transform its customer experience capabilities for a digital audience by realising its vision of omnichannel delivery through the Genesys Engage platform. Since the implementation of Genesys Engage, Affinbank reports it has reduced its operational costs, improved telesales capability by 50 percent, and reduced the average call abandonment rate by 40 percent.
