German cartel regulator sees problems with volume of data harvested by Facebook

The "sheer volume" of data gathered by Facebook is a primary matter of concern for Germany's top competition regulator as it awaits a response from the social network to its assessment last year that Facebook abuses its dominant market power in Germany, reported Reuters.
