German consumer body warns Facebook over privacy breach

The Federation of German consumer organisations (vzbv) has applied for an injunction against Facebook on the grounds of numerous infringements of the law, and sent a warning on 23 February. Vzbv claims that the social network has breached nineteen clauses of the terms of use and data policies since changing them on 30 January.
