German court rules in favour of credit reimbursement without returning SIM cards

The district court of Dusseldorf has ruled that the reimbursement of remaining credit is not dependent on the return of the mobile SIM card. The Association for the Protection of Consumers (vzbv) had sued against a clause in contracts offered by the MVNO Aldi Talk through E-Plus Service.
