German daily internet use rises to 115 minutes

People in Germany watch an average of 205 minutes of television per day, listen to the radio for 137 minutes and use the internet for 115 minutes, according to the Media Use 2013 study by Seven-One Media and Mindline among 1,010 people aged 14 to 49. Their total daily media use was 594 minutes. Compared with last year, radio listening has fallen, while time spent online has risen. Respondents said they spent 47 minutes a day playing video games. Respondents said other media often prompted them to do further research on the internet.
