German fibre operator BBV attracts new investors

German fibre operator BBV announced two new investors, Gustav Egger and Stefan Franssen, to help support its network expansion. With the help of regional subsidiaries, BBV is implementing a number of FTTH projects in underserved areas in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Hesse, Thuringia and Rhineland-Palatinate. The main shareholder in the company is British investment company Riverrock.
