German government presents digital agenda

The German government has announced its digital agenda, saying that the main themes are network expansion, cybersecurity and fostering a digital economy. At the same time, it said it is calling on the whole of society to get involved. The government said the agenda has seven action points: digital infrastructure; a digital economy and ways of working; an innovative state; digital lifestyles; education, research, science, culture and the media; social and business security, protection and confidence; and the European and international dimension.
