German govt designs standards to drive AI strategy

The German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs has designed a roadmap for norms and standards in Artificial Intelligence together with the German Institute for Standardisation (DIN) and the Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies (DKE). Experts from business, science, the public sector and civil society participated to developing the roadmap. The German government has introduced the AI roadmap to the public during the Digital Summit.
