German govt misses target for 50 Mbps access for all by end-2018

Tuesday 18 June 2019 | 09:35 CET | News
The German government has missed the broadband coverage target set in the past legislative period, Handelsblatt reports. In 2014, the Chancellor Angela Merkel promised that all households in Germany would have had a connection with speeds of at least 50 Mbps by the end of 2018.
