German govt plans regulation to ensure net neutrality

The German Government plans to introduce regulations to force Deutsche Telekom to respect net neutrality and treat its own and other content the same, reports German newspaper 'Handelsblatt'. The German Federal Ministry of Economics said that it was working on regulation to ensure that network operators maintain net neutrality, confirming an earlier report in German business magazine 'Der Spiegel'.
