German govt signs pact with operators to build mobile masts nationwide

The German government has signed a pact with mobile providers Vodafone, Telefonica, Deutsche Telekom and 1&1 Drillisch to build 1,400 masts nationwide in the next few years in order to close up white spots, Deutsche Presse-Agentur reports.
