German intelligence agencies entitled to access telecoms data from De-CIX - court ruling

Germany's Federal Administrative Court has ruled that the country's foreign intelligence agency, the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND), is allowed to extract information from the Frankfurt-based internet exchange De-CIX under orders from the Federal Ministry of the Interior, reported Heise Online.
