German justice minister defends EU copyright reform

German Federal Minister of Justice Katarina Barley has defended the reform of the copyright law at the EU level, DPA reports. It would be "fatal" if the guidelines for the copyright reform did not receive the majority of the votes in the EU Parliament because of the discussions on Article 13, the minister said.
