German operators fullfil 800 MHz roll-out in NRW, Saarland

German telecommunications regulator BNA has unveiled that Telekom Deutschland, Vodafone Germany and Telefonica Germany have fulfilled the coverage obligations of their 800 MHz licences in North Rhine Westphalia and Saarland. This enables the operators to use the 800 MHz for all technologies.
