German prosecutors reject investigation of Facebook execs over hate speech

A German attorney filed the complaint with prosecutors in Munich in 2016, demanding that Facebook executives be forced to comply with German anti-hate speech legislation by removing racist and other violent posts from the site. The complaint contained a list of over 440 postings that were left on Facebook for over a year even after the social network was informed of their unlawfulness.
