German regulator starts tender for 450 MHz band

The German Federal Network Agency, Bundesnetzagentur, has started a tender to award frequencies in the 450 MHz band. Applications can be submitted until noon on 18 December. The current rights to use the spectrum (451.00 - 455.74 MHz / 461.00 - 465.74 MHz) will expire at the end of 2020.
