German regulator takes action against mobile providers to reduce number portability fees

The German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) has taken action against providers that have not agreed to voluntary reduce the fees for number portability, the Deutsche Presse Agentur report. The providers include Telefonica, 1&1 Drillisch and several smaller mobile operators, a spokesperson for the agency said, adding that many mobile operators voluntarily reduced the portability fees.
