German regulator to look at Vodafone Passes compliance with net neutrality

Germany's Federal Network Agency will look at Vodafone's new zero-rated data offer for social media apps to make sure it complies with net neutrality rules, a spokesman for the Bundesnetzagentur told InfoSat magazine.
