German regulators demand new mechanism to control tech giants

The German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) requires new mechanisms to control tech giants, the President of the Bundeskartellamt Andreas Mundt said in an interview with the Rheinischen Post. The Cartel Office should be able to impose restrictions on tech giants "earlier and faster", he said.
