German Supreme Court refers YouTube copyright case to ECJ

Germany's top court is referring a landmark case on YouTube to the European Court of Justice (ECJ), postponing an early awaited decision over the issue of whether the video platform is liable for violating intellectual property rights, reported Reuters.
