German telecom service complaints increase in 2017

Germany's Federal Network Agency said it has received more complaints about telecom services this year, at around 290,000 by December compared to 220,000 in all of 2016. The record number of complaints underlines consumers growing trust in the regulator and awareness of their rights, the agency said.
