Germany and France plan fund for start-ups, create ESCloud

The second Franco-German conference on digitisation took place in Berlin on 13 December, with several announcements on increased cooperation in the fields of research, investment and security. Representatives of the two countries included French finance minister Michel Sapin and his German counterpart Wolfgang Schauble.
