Germany has connected less than 1% of industrial parks to fibre

Only 0.8 percent of all industrial parks in Germany are fully connected to fast fibre-optics, according to a reply from the government to a parliamentary enquiry by the Free Democratic Party (FDP). Over half (52.7%) of the business parks in Germany do not have access to a gigabit network, while 3 percent have full access to a network at 1 Gbps.
