Get, Canal Digital deny broadband bundling breaches law

Get and Canal Digital Kabel have denied that they are contravening the law by bundling broadband services with television subscriptions, said Aftenposten.no. The companies were responding to a demand from the consumer arbitrator, Forbrukerombudet. Canal Digital Kabel (CDK) argues that practically all of its customers have access to alternative infrastructure. It said the arbitrator has failed to show that it would be better for Canal Digital to provide standalone broadband.
