Getronics expands in US with takeover of Pomeroy

ICT services provider Getronics has acquired Pomeroy, a US-based provider of digital workplace transformation, infrastructure optimization, network and data centre services, from Clearlake Capital. With locations across the US serving campus and distributed IT environments in retail, healthcare, financial institutions, services and manufacturing, the acquisition of Pomeroy enables Getronics to expand its global services capabilities to the North American market.
