GlaswebVenray changes business plan

GlaswebVenray, the cooperative working on a fibre roll-out in the Dutch town of Venray, has changed its business plan in order to focus on so-called 'green' areas. These are areas where it's achieved the necessary take-up by residents to make the roll-out viable. Other areas still below the threshold will be considered later if they can attract enough residents. With the new plan, the cooperative said it should meet the conditions for receiving municipal and provincial support for the roll-out's financial plan.
