Global IoT spending to reach USD 745 bln in 2019

Worldwide spending on IoT is forecast to increase 15.4% year-on-year in 2019 to USD 745 billion, according to data from IDC. Researchers expect IoT spending to maintain a double-digit annual growth rate throughout the 2017-2022 forecast period and surpass the $1 trillion mark in 2022.
