Globalfoundries to build semiconductor manufacturing fab in Singapore, invest USD 4 billion

Semiconductor chip manufacturing Globalfoundries is deploying a semiconductor manufacturing  facility at its Singapore campus. The deployment will be rolled out in partnership with the Singapore Economic Development Board and with co-investments from committed customers. Overal investments in the project are expected to reach USD 4 billion (approximately SGD 5 billion).
