Gogo shareholders start class action suit, alleging misleading statements around performance

A number of Gogo shareholders have started a class action suit against the company, saying the company made false and misleading statements from 4 February 2016 to 27 July 2017 about its performance. Investors said they bought shares at artificially inflated prices and suffered "significant" losses when the company withdrew its adjusted EBITDA guidance in May, sending share prices sharply down.
