Google accused of using Impact Engine's ad technology

Google is being taken to court on accusations it infringed the digital advertising technology of Impact Engine, a tech company based in California and specialised in online display ads. Specifically, the company said Google's Display Ad Builder product is almost entirely based on the ideas and intellectual property created by Impact Engine. The suit alleges the infringement of six Impact Engine patents.
