Google announces launch of Chromebooks from USD 149

Google has announced the launch of four new low-priced Chrome OS devices from the manufacturers Haier, Hisense and Asus. At USD 149, the Haier Chromebook 11 and the Hisense Chromebook 11 are the most affordable 11.6-inch Chromebooks devices yet released. The Haier Chromebook 11 is powered by a quad-core Rockchip RK3288 processor while the Hisense model contains a quad-core ARM Cortex-A17 CPU. Both have 2GB of RAM, 16GB eMMC flash storage, two USB ports, an SD Card reader and HDMI output, as well as a 720p webcam and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Google also announced that Asus will be releasing a
