Google announces smarter music streaming service

Google has revamped its Google Play Music service, using the company's machine learning systems to offer a redesigned UI with contextual recommendations based on signals such as location, activity and weather. In a blog post, Google said the app will completely refresh its track recommendations every time it's opened up, offering playlists that take into account past listening habits and other contextual indicators. The new Google Play Music can also determine when users are offline and automatically offers a playlist based on recent listening activity even if the tracks haven't been
