Google buys Swedish site to build data centre

Avesta borough council in Dalarna county said that Google has acquired a 109-hectare property in Horndal but said it understands that the company has no plans to build there yet. Avesta council gave a link to an article on Dagens Nyheter's website, which said the company had given the newspaper confirmation that it planned to build a data centre there.
