Google Cloud meets Spanish data flow requirements - AEPD

Spain's data protection agency (AEPD) has issued a decision confirming that Google's G Suite and GCP platforms meet the requirements for the international transfers of data to the US. Specifically, the AEPD said the guarantees established by the contractual commitments provided by Google for such transfers are deemed authorised provided they meet the conditions established by the watchdog in its decision.
