Google expects first ENS-based apps to become available in coming weeks

Google said it expects to see the first set of apps based on the Exposure Notifications System (ENS) that backs manual contact tracing efforts to roll out over the coming weeks. In the US, 20 states and territories—representing approximately 45 percent of the US population—are exploring apps based on ENS.
